Hero HX250r Specifications, Features, Price, Launch HX250 r
Hero Motorcorp unveiled the HX250r yesterday at the auto expo. HX250r will be an affordable sportsbike for Indians. According to some internet sources bike will be priced between Rs.1.2-1.3Lakh. It will be a direct competitor for Bajaj Pulsar 200 SS and KTM RC 390. 4-Stroke single cylinder 249cc engine will power the HX250r . The DOHC liquid cooled engine which is mated to a six speed transmission system can churn out a 31BHP of power and torque of 26NM.

Telescopic Hydraulic shock absorbers are given for front suspension and rear gets a single shock, 5 step adjustable preload, shim valve damping suspension. Underseat exhaust is another major feature of HX250r. Bike comes with an optional Anti braking system. 300mm disc with three piston caliper is used for front brakes and on back,bike gets a small 220mm disc. Both tyres are tubeless.
