The leading two- wheeler maker TVS Motor Company has launched Apache RR 310 in their Super premium motorcycle segment. The price is Rs 2,05,000.
In the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, the motorcycle was first introduced as Akula 310. About the TVS, the Apache RR 310 is very important. Apache RR 310 is the first full-fledged motorcycle exit from the TVS.
The aggressive design of the new Apache language is definitely notable one. First-in-class bi-LED twin projector headlamps are the first element to be noted on the face of Apache. Headlamps are placed on top of air intakes. The widest windscreen of Apache is accompanied by a tricolor colored decale. To exhaust heat from the engine, Gill Ventures are also ready on the sides of the firing.
The 312.2cc engine deliver 34bhp at 9,700rpm and 27.3Nm at 7,700rpm. The engine provides 60 km of acceleration from zero in 2.9 seconds, speeds up to 160 kilometer per hour. The 6 speed super slick gear box provides a new race shift. The TVS Apache RR 310 has light weight-frame chassis. The weight of the Apache RR 310 is 170 kg. The KYB Front and rear suspension delivers the perfect balance between good ride quality and adequate stiffness for cornering.
Vertical speed-cum-taco meters, LED twin projector head lamps, and Michelin street sports tires are also notable. It is the first sub-500 cc motor cycle using Michelin tires. Other features include the KVB Radio Tunes Suspension and Electronic Fuel Injection. Currently KTM RC390 is the main competitor of Apache RR 310 in India.
